Overview of the Course

Customer Management is all about dealing with the customers’ requests and complaints, within the parameters of company policy and procedure.  While this might seem like a fairly simple thing to do, most customers believe that the exchange of money for goods or services comes with a certain set of expectations on the part of the customer – and the company.

The customer believes that the product or service will do what has been promised by the company, and the company trusts that the customer will be satisfied with the product or service that has been offered.

Of course, this is the basic expectation.  The aim of all organisations should be to exceed the expectations of the customer, and this course will cover how to do just that.
