NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: OCCUPATIONALLY DIRECTED EDUCATION TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PRACTICES NQF LEVEL 5 (50334)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This qualification is for people who are currently in Education, Training and Development and who want to engage with accredited training material, or for people who want to enter the field of Education, Training and Development. This qualification will be useful for Training Co-ordinators, Facilitators and Assessors, as well as Skills Development Facilitators.

Core competencies a learner will acquire include general Education, Training and Development skills across five key roles in this field, which are designing and developing learning interventions, facilitating learning, designing and conducting assessments and facilitating skills development.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Possession of expertise in the field in which you intend to facilitate or assess as well as a matric or equivalent qualification.

TOTAL DURATION OF COURSE

18 and a half days (completed over 12 months)
