THE OFFERING
Khanyisela Training (Pty) Ltd offers a first-rate selection of services with regards to training. Some of the projects we have developed and implemented include:
1. Modern Supervisory Skills - a new take on Leadership Development - is one of the programs we are most proud of. We have trained this program with various organisations in such as Algoa Bus Company and Spar DC.
2. With our matric equivalent qualifications, we have uplifted numerous employees who have the necessary experience but not the required qualification. Some of our successful learners who have been promoted in their organisations because of this qualification, are from industries as diverse as Transnet, Hella, and Acoustex.
3. Our flexibility and materials-development competency has allowed us to modify a variety of programs to suit the needs of our learners after consultation with our clients. Some of these programs include Assessor and Moderator training with the Department of Education as well as Conflict and Discipline Management with the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropole.

BUSINESS OWNERS
The business was purchased by Tanya Kisten, Brian Booysen and Roger Peters at the beginning of 2007.
Tanya Kisten, who has managed the business full-time since then, and is a registered Assessor, Moderator, Skills Development Facilitator and ETD Practitioner. Furthermore, she has a Master's degree in Communication in addition to a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology which led to her being a successful school teacher for almost eight years before moving into the private sector. Tanya is currently completing her Master's degree in Business Administration and brings with her six years' experience in the marketing industry as well as almost three years' experience in Corporate Training with a multi-national company in the Eastern Cape.
Brian Booysen, a founding member, is registered with SAIPA as a Professional Accountant and together with his strong social responsibility orientation, and extensive experience in his field, Brian was instrumental in ensuring that the business employed sound financial and business strategies in the fledgling years.
Roger Peters, who is also employed by Khanyisela Training (Pty) Ltd on a full-time basis, is the Training Manager. Roger is a registered Assessor, Moderator, Skills Development Facilitator as well as ETD Practitioner. He enhances the company skills base with his Bachelor's degree in teacher training from Rhodes University as well as his Honour's degree in Group Dynamics. Roger comes with more than twenty years of experience in training within fields as diverse as schools, corporate and psychiatric contexts. Roger is currently completing his Master's degree in Business Administration.
