All our Facilitators are constituent Assessors and have completed the Train-the-Trainer course at Khanyisela Training, enabling them to engage competently with a class using the Khanyisela Training methodology.  This leads to classes that are interactive and engaging, with NQF level-specific activities, ensuring that learners are stimulated at the right frequency.

Roger Peters is our Education, Training and Development expert with a post-graduate certificate in Higher Education and is a registered Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator.  He not only manages the training programs at Khanyisela Training as the Training Manager, he also brings his unique energetic style to the classroom.  Learners thoroughly enjoy his creative style and extensive knowledge coupled with the OBE methodology of facilitation.  Roger is currently engaged in a Master's degree in Business Administration and comes schooled with an Honour's degree in Group Dynamics.  In addition, Roger has facilitated in diverse environments such as the public sector, psychiatric services as well as mediation with senior managers.

Tanya Kisten, the Managing Director, still provides her services as a Facilitator when the need arises.  When not running the college, she provided expert facilitation in the Training and Development arena as well as management training.  Tanya is a registered Assessor and Moderator, and has a Master's degree in Interpersonal Communication.  She has facilitated and mediated groups as diverse as local communities to multi-national senior managers.  Her passion for learning and imparting skills are evident in the classroom, where learners are energised by her enthusiasm.

Jagruti Nathoo is currently completing her MBA and has an engineering degree from the University of Johannesburg.  Having worked in a senior position in Human Resources at the mines as well as in research for McKinsey, Jagruti has contributed substantially to the development of our BBBEE training program, for which she is the lead Facilitator.  Given her passion for research and knowledge, Jagruti is a competent addition to the facilitation team at Khanyisela Training and oversees all her projects with the same passion she displays in the classroom.

Llisel Allison, a law graduate, also has extensive management experience, having been engaged in the banking sector as part of a turnaround strategy.  Llisel develops materials as well and contributes to the compliance tasks at Khanyisela Training, an area in which she has gained extensive experience in her previous position as Training Manager for a training organisation.  Llisel is a registered Assessor and has been engaging with learners for several years now, across many environments but mainly in the corporate sphere.

Lexi Pretorius, a previous Training Manager, has several years' experience in the training environment and contributes to the facilitation of Khanyisela Training's Education and Training programs. With several years' experience behind her belt and a keen understanding of Education, Training and Development practices, Lexi's main area of interest would naturally be in this field as well as mentoring and personal development.  Lexi is a registered Assessor.

Lyann van Rooyen, a registered Assessor, has extensive marketing and sales experience and facilitates all customer service and related programs.  She is also Khanyisela Training's Marketing Consultant and has a National Diploma in Marketing as well as a BTech in International Strategic Marketing.  Lyann's proactive style and clear communication style makes her effective in the classroom.  Add to this mix her sense of humour and boundless energy and learners enjoy interacting in her class, learning as they enjoy the training.

A facilitator who has been part of Khanyisela Training for more than four years, Annette Kriek, comes with considerable knowledge and skills in the Real Estate industry.  Annette has completed a Diploma is Management as well as Pattern Making, which led to her running her own clothing factory, supplying several well-known stores in the 1990's.  Annette has also been selling farms in the Free State area as well as properties in the Eastern Cape for more than eight years and has contributed to the development of the Real Estate qualification.  A registered Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator, Annette brings meaningful skills to the facilitation team.
